Inter Manor FC are a local sunday football team based in Ruislip, London where we play in the Harrow Sunday Challenge League. The club was formed in 2001 and the club has got stronger season by season!

White Swans CC are a cricket club who are based in Greenford, London we play friendly matches usually on sundays. The club has been going for many years and unlike Inter Manor struggles for players.

Just a quick word about this site! My name is Paul Quinnell I am a very busy talented bloke who spends his sad life trying to keep these 2 clubs going. With Inter Manor FC I am the chairman who owns the club. I have a very hard job in supporting the manager of the club Lee Mayes (gumbo) who without doubt bullshits his way through every season and always comes across as if he hasn't got a fucking clue but we all love him at the club!!

White Swans CC is my second love where at the club I am Captain. I am supported in my role by John Caldwell aka sicknote and Dave Harvey we enjoy the playing but don't take it as seriously as the football we just use the cricket as a cover to all meet up and get pissed!!
